I remember in middle school I had every Metallica album but Reload. I also had plenty of shirts. When high school came around I was working my way out of thrash bands like Megadeth and Anthrax. I moved mostly towards Melodic Metal or Prog Metal. I remember St.Anger came out at the end of 7th grade for me and I saw Some Kind of Monster twice in theater. lol.

1) How do the members of Metallica examine their relationships with each other in the film “Some Kind of Monster”? a) What motivates them to continue working together? I think the fact that they know they are the biggest metal band in the world was something that motivated them. Other than that Bob Rock insisted that everyone should put in and equally contribute to the band. I know my band had this same problem. It was hard to work out but we finally figured out a system. Metallica has been a band for a long time, it was hard for them to stay a band now though. Most of them have familys they need to be with.
