After this class is over, I think I'll probably keep creating work the way I always have. It has never really been a question on creating work that matters to me, all my work matters to me; because, I put so much time and effort into each piece it would be ridiculous of me to create something and not have it matter to me.
Important work, again doesn't mean anything different to me than normal work I have created. The only work that means more to me than anything I make is the work that I get recognized for; yes it sounds selfish, but I believe that the work that people go "hey that's cool I wonder who made that" things like that make that certain piece of work more important to me. I've only had things like that happen a couple of times, but it makes me feel proud to have created something that impresses someone.
